THE GREATEST MOTIVATOR: YOU

“You are essentially who you create yourself to be and all that occurs in your life is the result of your own making.” - Stephen Richards https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/tag/self-motivation

The success stories of others can just remind you about your own strengths and abilities but the true hero is within you. If you decide to do something, nothing can stop you. You are the driver of your body and mind. You are the creator of your own fortune. Believe in yourself, lift yourself up, look ahead and start moving.

Nobody can light that fire in you of doing something except you. There may be some techniques about self-motivation but those techniques can help you only if you make a decision of following your dreams and working hard.

The major step is to trust your own self and take a step. After that all you need is never look back, get up every time you fall, just keep moving and never let something distract you.

If a person commits to something with all his/her heart and soul nothing can stop them. No matter how many hurdles they face but they will overcome them because passion, dedication and love for something are very strong words. They affect you to a great extent.

Be positive and do not stress yourself with loads of works at once. Believe that every good thing takes time and hard work. Keep learning from your mistakes and experiences. Don’t regret anything. Try new things. Explore. Live. Help others. Dream big. Trust god and make this world a little more beautiful.
This is a motivational video that tells you to trust yourself and move forward towards success. :) It's your turn .... it's your time ... don't loose hope... wake up and start your journey. Remember it's never too late to start :D

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MOTIVATING ONE PERSON AND A GROUP OF PEOPLE.

Motivating one person is entirely different from motivating a group because every person has a different perspective. Understanding the needs of one person and knowing his/her thoughts is easy. One can make a person to do something through his/her effective words but making the use of those words, which meet the requirements of every person in a group, is a hard task.

Priority of one person in a group may mean nothing to the other. So making a group of people do a particular job is not easy. May be one works to earn a living and his/her motivator may be money whereas someone else works for success and promotion.

There is no single thing that acts as a motivator for everyone. Difference in opinions, needs etc. matters a lot. You can mold your words when talking to one person as you get to know them. But with a group, you cannot keep track of every ones reactions and you can neither focus on just one person nor on so many at a time.

Rewarding an individual employee in your company may result in competition between staff members, whereas rewarding a group leads to cooperation. People are headed to buckle down and keen by individual and expert needs including appreciation for their information, chances to add to a bigger exertion, distinguishment for work done well, and the test to accomplish present and convenient objectives. At the point when these needs are met in the working environment, a cycle of achievement is placed in movement as representatives report less stretch or debilitated day use, more noteworthy profit and stronger organization dedication.

Groups are propelled by powerful cooperation and imparted objectives among individuals. Some piece of group inspiration is giving colleagues a typical meaning of achievement. Furthermore, a reasonable vision keeps individuals going in a typical heading and keeps colleagues from abandoning the adequacy of the group itself. Legitimate undertakings appointed to fitting colleagues can build cooperation, as individuals realize that their kindred colleagues can likewise handle their occupations. Prizes created for group achievement can keep group inspiration solid and avert feelings of hatred between individuals.

MONEY AS A MOTIVATOR.

"You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. Don’t make money your goal. Instead, pursue the things you love doing, and then do them so well that people can’t take their eyes off you." –Maya Angelou http://www.forbes.com/sites/robertberger/2014/04/30/top-100-money-quotes-of-all-time/

Money can buy you all the materialistic things of the world but it cannot buy relations, happiness, health, talent, etc. We work for money because it is not possible to live in this world without paying off your daily expenses. We have many expenses like rent of the house, electricity bill, insurance expense, and taxes and so on, the list is endless. But wait for a second and think about it… do we pay all this just for ourselves? Of course not. Most of the people do jobs and earn money to support their families. So basically all the hard work one do is for the people he/she loves and cares for. It is clear from this that it is not the money that motivates people but the love for they’re near and dear ones that keep them moving.

For some people money may act as a motivator but after a certain point they will definitely realize that money is not everything and life isn’t just about how rich you financially are.

It is said that “make your passion your profession”. By doing so you would not work for salaries or wages but you would do your job because you love to do it. It will be the essence of your life. All you would expect in return from your work would be recognition, praise and positive remarks.

There are other things that can motivate people instead of money like job appraisals, recognition, awards, etc. You cannot always let money buy your talent. Your worth is not known from how much you earn but from the fact that how far can you go with your hard work.

Climbing the ladder of success with your hard work is something that strugglers want. This is what motivates them. Being fairly rewarded for the work done by them gives them immense pleasure and they work with all their hearts for future growth. Cooperation, loving words, being recognized, being praised, etc. motivates more than being given money for what you do.

This videos shows that many studies have shown as we are paid more for tasks, our performance actually worsens (except for incredibly basic tasks). So maybe there’s a specific level of motivation that’s just right for everyone, and going above or below that worsens our performance.
